この機体は、終戦直後に福生飛行場でアメリカ軍に接収され、のちに日本航空協会に譲渡返還されたもので、1986年からは鹿児島県の知覧特攻平和会館に展示されていたときは、迷彩塗装だったのですが、今回はロールアウト後といった落ち着いた塗装でより好感が持てました＾＾　彼女は、こんなスマートなボディで、ラバウル、ニューギニア、フィリピン、本土防空と、故障が多かったと言われながらも奮戦したのですね。

そんなに広いスペースでもないのに、とっても堪能させていただきました。
「飛燕」にしろ、Ninjaにしろ、性能は姿に表れるものだというのをつくづく実感しました。

オーストリア南部のワンガラッタ市の航空機復元会社に、川崎重工業の現役及びOB社員によるボランティア・グループが協力して飛行可能なように復元中のI型があるそうです。　鹿屋で飛んだ零戦のように、飛燕の飛ぶ姿も見たいですね＾＾

飛燕、やっぱりかっこいいなあ。
技術の遅れから液冷エンジンの故障に泣かされたとはよく聞きますが、、日本の戦闘機離れしたシルエットはとても魅力的です。
無塗装ジュラルミンの外板の表面劣化によるムラ加減、パネルごとの微妙な色の違いが魅力的で、ゾクゾクしますね。
零銭がベコベコなのに対し、陸軍機はがっちりした印象を受けます。
物語としては滝沢聖峰の「飛燕独立戦闘隊」が思い出されますね。
川崎のニンジャというと、自分は自衛隊のヘリ、OH-1ニンジゃをまず思い出しますね。
さすがに、ヘリをとなりに飾るわけにはいかなかったのかな。

模型を製作されるmiluraさんなら、また違う観点で楽しまれると思います。
神戸では11/3 までですが、2018年3月からは岐阜県のかかみがはら航空宇宙科学博物館で恒久展示されるとのことです。
